Usually, we don't have stock. We do customization which need to collect materials accordingly, after that production can be arranged. For Bulk order, the delivery time is about 30 - 40 days, unless there’s unconfirmed issue from customer, which delay might happen. Our production capacity is strong, which allow us to finish the production in time.

A.Verification of Authenticity
First, please verify the authenticity of the product. Once confirmed that it’s our product, you may proceed with the following steps.

B.Evidence Submission
- For visible defects, please provide photographic evidence.
- For non-visible defects, please record a video to demonstrate the issue.
Once confirmed the defect, we will arrange for a replacement product or component.

C.Shipping method
1)For products purchased directly from our factory: we will include the replacement in your next order. If there’s no upcoming order, if there’s no upcoming order, we can ship the replacement separately.
2)For products purchased from local dealers: please contact the dealer where you made the purchase. They will handle the replacement for you. If the dealer does not respond, please reach out to our after-sales service team directly at [email protected]
